When you add Mav to your Facebook page it allows your customers to reach you by messaging your Facebook Page. It also allows you to create additional advertising units such as Facebook Messenger Ads.

💡Note: Currently, adding Mav to your own Facebook account is a team and enterprise only feature. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you're unsure if your plan supports this.
Step 1: Request Access
You can request access by emailing our customer support team the Facebook Business ID and the desired Facebook Page you would like to enable Mav for.
Step 2: Approve Request
Once we receive your Facebook Page URL's, we will then send out a request from the Facebook Business Center to your business account requesting access to manage the page.
You can find and approve the request by following these steps:
Login to your Facebook Business Center by logging into business.facebook.com
On the lower left hand corner click the gear ⚙️ for the business settings page.

- You should see the requests to manage your pages. The request will come from our verified business account "Mav".
