So, you tried calling your lead, you tried leaving a voicemail, but still can't get in touch with them. What now?

How to use Mav Follow Up:

  1. Log into your Mav account.
    1. If you signed up for a Mav account, you should have received an email with login instructions. Let us know if you need any help getting set up.
  2. Once you're in your account, head to the Lead Inbox.

  3. Click the "+ Add Lead" button and enter your lead's information. 💡 Try adding yourself as a lead first to see how it the conversation works.

  4. Once you add your lead, Mav will attempt to start a conversation with them over text message.
  5. As your leads engage with Mav, you will see different statuses in your Lead Inbox:

    1. "New" = You've just added the lead, and they have not responded yet
    2. "Active" = The lead has responded that they are still interested, but have not yet specified a time for you to call them.
    3. "Opted Out" = The lead has responded that they are not still interested
    4. "Qualified" = The lead has responded with the time that they would be available for a call ("Later Today" / "Tomorrow" / "Next week" / "Remind me later".
    5. "Inactive" = The lead is not actively responding to the Mav conversation.
  6. Once a lead becomes Qualified, you will receive an email alert with their details so you can reach out.

❗️Note: It is your responsibility to make sure that the leads you add into Mav meet our  Texting Compliance Guidelines.

What will my leads see?

Smart Follow Up Example

Sending Times: You can add new Follow Up leads at any time and Mav will wait until our optimal texting window to send the first message: 
   Monday - Friday, 11am-9pm EST (excluding Holidays)

Note: Although Mav will not reach out to new leads outside of the texting window, if a lead responds to a previous message, Mav will reply at all hours.
